ProFormers Training is proud to introduce our new performance based dynamic stretching and circuit training program; known as “S.M.A.R.T.fit" This program is for women who want to never again have to say “Does this make me look fat?” and for the guys who want to get rid of those “Love Handles” and “Muffin Tops” as well as the person who wants to get a super effective muscular and cardio workout AND the low level to elite athlete! “S.M.A.R.T.fit" is a training program that is total body fitness!
In this program you will:
· Lose Body Fat · Change Body Composition · Tone Up · Reduce Cellulite · Lower Blood Pressure · Decrease Cholesterol · Treat Arthritis · Control Diabetes · Enhance Health & Wellness · Enhance Sports Performance · Get Guaranteed Results!
This class is also not exclusively for athletes or even the high performance athlete, it is a training modality that helps everyone. Our program is open to everyone and anyone, experienced fitness enthusiasts, athletes as well as beginners are always welcome. Every participant trains at their own level and intensity, our instructors are always right there to help, right there to be supportive and right there to push you as hard as needed. Don’t feel intimidated or think “S.M.A.R.T.fit" sessions are somehow beyond your level of ability. Come and give them a try!
Key essentials of the training program:
• A perfect complement your existing exercise program. Whether you just like to hit the weight room or you are an avid spinner, runner, group exercise fan, an athlete looking to help get you to the next level or just someone looking to start a fitness program, the variety of workouts we offer in the “S.M.A.R.T.fit" program will help you rapidly improve your performance in those activities.
• Each “S.M.A.R.T.fit" class is approx. 45–60 minutes. You attend as many as you wish (schedule at front desk). Classes are led by one of our “S.M.A.R.T.fit" trainers and each trainer brings their own style and twist, so basically no two “S.M.A.R.T.fit" classes are ever exactly the same. There is always something new for you.
• For the 60 hour per week executive, the stay at home mom or dad, the everyday person will get in better cardiovascular condition, have better range of motion, develop better balance, become more agile and perhaps most importantly stand the best chance of avoiding injury.
• Softball, Baseball, Golf, Tennis, Hockey, Lacrosse, Football; you name the sport and we guarantee “S.M.A.R.T.fit" will improve your performance. You’ll have greater stamina, be faster, stronger, and more agile and perhaps most importantly stand the best chance of avoiding injury. Even golfers are reporting back that their games are improving thanks to “S.M.A.R.T.fit".
• All “S.M.A.R.T.fit" classes take place in the HPC (Human Performance Center) or in the Group X room. The HPC is a specifically designed training center and one which we take pride in as being unique!
• No long term commitment. Just come in to get started and let us know when you want to stop!
• Price: $69 per month*…… that’s less than drinking your Starbucks coffee everyday!!!

We offer our progressive training packages to everyone; to the stay at home mom to the corporate executive, to the young athlete to the seasoned pro. Many of our athletes hold numerous state and national championships. Our athlete client list includes athletes preparing for the NFL, current NFL players and other professional sport athletes. We help the client reach his or her potential both physically and mentally. We do this by correct instruction utilizing proper equipment and cutting edge techniques.
Our clients gain invaluable experience how to structure their lives in a way that would allow individuals to achieve goals one only dreamed about. Our clients experience how to truly maximize ones strengths and build on weaknesses as well as how to become strong physically and stronger mentally.

One-on-one training
With one-on-one personal training you will gain the knowledge, motivation, and the confidence to achieve your goal. Our staff will construct an effective, safe and custom program based on your specific situation and goals.
Group training
With our group training programs you will be training with friends and individuals with similar goals and objectives. It is a lot of fun and very motivating; a very easy way to keep the competitiveness going. It can be one additional person or several in a group.
